Pricing, trial, and billing
YardBill is $19 a month, or $180 a year (works out to $15 a month, saves you $48). Your first 14 days are free — full product, no credit card to sign up. When the trial ends, you pick monthly or yearly; that's when you pay. Not before.
The plan
One tier, one price:
- Monthly — $19/month. Cancel any time; it stops at the end of the current month.
- Annual — $180/year. Same product, saves you about two and a half months.
No per-customer fees, no per-invoice fees, no "pro" tier, no surprise add-ons.
The 14-day free trial
Sign up and you're on the trial immediately. Full access — unlimited customers, unlimited quotes, unlimited invoices, recurring jobs and invoices, card payment links, PDF exports. No credit card required to start.
The sidebar shows the days remaining so you know where you stand.
What happens at trial end
The day your trial ends:
- You keep access to everything you've already created. Past quotes, invoices, and customers are safe and readable.
- You can't send new quotes or invoices until you subscribe. YardBill doesn't delete anything and doesn't downgrade your history — outbound pauses until you pay.
- Your customers still see their approval and invoice links. Links you sent during the trial keep working.
Pick a plan and you're back in business the second the payment clears.
How to subscribe
A pill in the sidebar reading "Trial · N days left" takes you to the checkout flow when you're ready. Subscribe monthly or annually; the pill disappears and billing starts on that date.
How to cancel
Open Settings → Manage subscription. Lemon Squeezy opens a secure billing portal where you can update your card, change plans, or cancel.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. You keep full access until then; after that, the account becomes read-only unless you subscribe again.
