What to include
Make it easy for us to help you by including a few details:
Billing questions
Include your Lemon Squeezy order number (in your receipt email). Billing, refunds, and receipts are handled by Lemon Squeezy — we'll loop them in if needed.
Bug reports or feature requests
Tell us what you were trying to do and what happened instead. Screenshots help. If it's a broken page, a URL + time of day is gold.
Privacy, data, and legal
Put "PRIVACY" or "LEGAL" in the subject line so it gets routed to the right person. Include a phone number only if you prefer to talk.
What we can't do over email
- Process payments or refunds directly. Those go through Lemon Squeezy. We can point you at the right link or escalate on your behalf.
- Give legal or tax advice. The PDFs and invoices the product generates are not a substitute for your accountant or lawyer.
- Access your customers' data for them. If one of your customers contacts us, we'll direct them back to you — you're the one who controls their records.
YardBill is currently available to US-based landscapers only. Our hours are roughly US business hours; time-zone honesty: we may not reply overnight.
